Not resolved

I have ordered a purse for my daughter twice and both have been delivered to people I don't know in other cities in Georgia. I had the first one mailed to my address - the ship to address is mine but the delivery address on the package was someone else.

I had the second one mailed directly to my daughter figuring there was a problem with my address and they sent hers to someone else. They will not answer my emails and I can find no phone number to contact them. I guess I'm the idiot for trying to order a second one.

Lost $60 in the process of dealing with them. Do not try to deal with this company.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
