I call open sky about not receiving ng my card only to find there is a charge on my new card that I haven't received yet and also my last name on the card isn't even mineouble check everything twice.i know I spelled my name correctly,.so if it trying to build ur credit like I am . Late payment

I have two accounts. I am considering closing all my accounts because you reported me late on one account that I didnt even know I had a charge? I paid it but it registered late due to holidays and now this card to build my credit has shot my credit down. I am disgusted with this product and have used your card since!!!

Did not receive item

The day after I complained to anyone that would listen the package left FedEx, Poole Georgia after sitting there for 12 days. A Christmas Miracle, it arrived today! I ordered a Mariella Black Gold Finish Flor Iron Fireplace Screen, item # 1066****, on November 29, 2021. I have not received this and it has been showing in Poole, Georgia with Fed Ex since December 3. FedEx told me they cannot take my claim that I have to go through you! I attempted to pay my first bill for this credit card. I unfortunately forgot the specific username for this account, but I figured that wouldn't be a big deal as far as mistakes go. But, assuming that they would make it even remotely easy to get my information was my second mistake. I first tried the forgot password option, assuming I could use my account number or my ssn, but no. It's the username. Which I don't know. So I called the number, find the new number here, and get told to use email without being told an email address. I hate this, and I want my suffering to end.

I ordered a shower curtain on August 28 2021 the said it would arrive on 9-3-21 it did not arrive and I have not been able to talk to anyone about it. They dont give a listing of no customer service. It is now 9/9/21 and I have not received it.

I have not received my card; $200.00 was withdrawn twice from my bank account; customer service is never available either it's prompted that no one can take call or you still on hold for an hour. I think this company is a fraud/scam and if I do not hear back with in 24 hours I will have my attorney contact you and I will expose you to the news and social media!

Still cant make a payment to get this taken care of and I wont because once again you are refusing to accept a payment from me so legally I do not have to pay this debt since you are a debt collector and I have gave you multiple opportunities to take a payment from me and refuse. Have told you guys multiple times to stop calling me over this issue and also have an attorney if I have to to settle this account! This account will be cleared with a $0 balance and closed out!
